A Family Passion

Who are we?
We are a family of three generations, all living in Bali. The oldest amongst us were successful owners of a butchers / deli shop in the UK throughout the 80’s and 90’s. The middle generation have a love for cooking and a skill for inventing new recipes, to complement our traditional range. And the youngest among us are our acclaimed little taste testers!

Our products
We are a family of “foodies” and have a great appreciation for good quality products. We use only prime, fresh, and locally sourced meats. We do not add any nasty chemicals or preservatives that are commonplace in highly processed foods. The products we sell to you are the products we feed to our own children, so only the very best!

Our techniques
We combine traditional, old school techniques of butchery, curing, smoking, and aging throughout our range of products. Through our purpose-build facilities, we can produce unique products that cannot be found in Bali or even Indonesia.

Our Sustainable Outlook
We do not import anything that can be sourced locally. We use locally sourced meats, herbs, and spices, then elevate it to another level and sell locally. We work closely with upstream local farmers, creating a fair and sustainable partnership for everyone involved.
