We provide a wide range of quality meat including sausages, ham and bacon. Our meat cuts are fresh, delicious and sourced locally. Whether you are frying, grilling, stewing, barbequing or roasting, our meats are guaranteed to be the star of any dish.

The Sausage Collection

Our entire sausage range is made using locally sourced ingredients. There are no artificial flavors, colourings, preservatives, or nasty and harmful fillers in our sausages. We use only the prime parts of the pig. We import premium sausage skins from Australia where we select various sizes to meet our customers’ needs. We currently use Hog Casings and Sheep Casings for the non-pork range.


The Bacon Collection

Our bacon range has been carefully selected, butchered, cured, and smoked. We are proud of our product and the traditional butcher techniques used to create various meat joints that cater to every occasion and taste. All our bacon products are made with prime cuts of pork, have varying slice thicknesses and a range of smoke flavours.

The Ham Collection

Our ham range goes hand in hand with our bacon range. All carefully selected and prepared into your favourite joints. Our curing techniques are derived from old family recipes, and we offer a range of flavours for this prime cut of the pig.
